What to write about
- You lost the link. It's in your receipt email. If that's gone, go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, or write and it will be sent again.
- A refund. If it is not what you expected, reply to your receipt within 30 days and you get your money back.
- A rule you think is wrong. Name the rule, and send the study that disagrees if you have one.
- It won't open on your device. Say which phone and which browser.

A few days, usually. It's one person, not a support department.
